HEA exists to train, equip, and send national leaders to reach their own people, in their own countries, in their own languages.  Through our “Leadership with a Purpose” conferences, we put into the hands of Native Ministers cutting edge technologies and tools that they need to “Press into the harvest, reaching the lost … wherever they are!!”

Hundreds of pastors and their leaders come and fill HEA’s “World Missions Operations Center” in Chiapas Mexico.  We bring in great leaders from Mexico and the USA to join HEA Staff in pouring our lives into these leaders with a passion!!  Many of these pastors have suffered terrible persecutions … they come in tired, beat down, weary, and ready to give up!  They leave refreshed, refilled, and ready to take on their World!!
