HEA New Church Construction

HEA has been helping build churches throughout Mexico from the very beginning.
Most of the churches that we have helped build are in very impoverished areas. Without our help they just wouldn’t have the resources to do it on their own. Many of the missions members barely have the resources to feed their own families.

Our Mexico organization, “Refugio de Esperanza” … with it’s native church planting evangelists and leaders, has already planted over 500 churches and missions throughout our area of southern Mexico. We have a network of 60 leaders, (Presidents of Sections) who oversee the local pastors and we have a network of top leaders overseeing the Presidents of Sections. They all report back to the supervisor and the board of directors. Greg is the Vice President of Refugio de Esperanza.

There are a number of guidelines that we use to determine when we will help a mission with the construction of a new church …

1. The local leadership must secure the property and complete the paperwork to donate the property to Refugio de Esperanza or, to the religious organization that they are working under. We will not help build churches on property that is given but still in the donor’s name… That is a good way to loose the church.
2. The local believers have to prepare basic structure the columns & trusses. Once they have done their part and have shown us that they are very committed, we supply the sheet metal roofing (the most difficult part for them to purchase).
3. If they are a part of our organization (RDE) they must have been faithful in turning in their monthly reports. If they are not faithful we can’t help. Also, by the monthly attendance reports we can see if they have enough people attending that they would actually need a church building.

$1,500.00 will purchase the sheet metal for the roof to build a remote mountain church.

This is a great way to be able to have an eternal impact in places where you may never be able to go yourself!

We have a file full of dozens of new congregations that need our help … We review their requests in our leadership meetings and determine who we will help.

Regarding our donation process form

The "Additional Amount Covered" is the fee charged by the credit card company. You have the option to choose not to cover the fee, in which case the ministry will cover it as a cost of doing business.
